Section 7(1)(a) in U.P. Zila Panchayats (Settlement of Dispute Relating to Membership) Rules, 1994

(a)Before the said petition is presented, an amount of rupees two hundred as security towards the costs of the petition shall be deposited in the Government Treasury or the State Bank of India.
