5. Reservation.
(1)General. - 21% seats are reserved for candidates belonging to Scheduled Tribe, 15% seats are reserved for candidate belonging to Scheduled Caste and 14% seats are reserved for candidates belonging to Other Backward Classes other than creamy layer of Other Backward Classes of Chhattisgarh, who are residents of Chhattisgarh by domicile.
