(5)Roster shall be maintained for admission to Educational Institutions, selection of students for higher studies, in service training or any other kind of training.Provided that in case of admission to any Educational Institution including professional / technical education or selection of the candidates for in-service training or any other kind of training roster shall be verified by the representative of the Department for Welfare of SCs, OBCs and Minorities and the Tribal Welfare Department to ascertain the actual number of reserved seats available prior to such admission or selection. However, the rule of carry forward shall not apply in case of admission to educational institutions.
