Order 10/12/2021 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that qua the order dated 3.11.2020 passed in S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.8259/2020, a review petition filed by the petitioner is pending and submits that the attempts are being made to get the same heard and, therefore, hearing in the present writ petition may be deferred.
Learned counsel for the respondents made submissions that on account of oral undertaking given before the Court, inquiry proceedings are held up and, therefore, the matter may not be adjourned indefinitely for the said purpose.
In view of the submissions made, list the petition on 10.01.2022.
It is agreed between the parties that, in case, irrespective of the result of the review petition, the matter shall proceed on the next date.
