                            UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following

Heard Mr. Abir Phukan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. He submits that the impugned ad-interim order is devoid of reason whereas in matters such as this, some reasons should have been recorded by the learned Judge. [(2021) SCC OnLine SC 315], Salimbhai Hamidbhai Menon v. Niteshkumar Maganbhai Patel and Another [(2021) SCC OnLine SC 2 647] and Siddharth Mukesh Bhandari v. State of Gujarat and Another [(2022) 10 SCC 525).
We have noticed that the High Court has called for the scanned copy of the LCR and has stayed the further proceedings before the JMFC, Kamrup(M), Guwahati until the returnable date. The learned counsel Mr. Phukan at this stage seeks permission to withdraw this Special Leave Petition to raise all the above contentions in the pending proceeding before the High Court.
The Special Leave petition is accordingly dismissed as not pressed reserving the liberty of the petitioner to move the High Court.
