Section 22(1) in Universal Ai University, Karjat Act, 2022
(1)The Board of Management shall consist of the following members, namely :—(a)the Vice-Chancellor;(b)two members of the Governing Body, nominated by the sponsoring body;(c)two Deans of the university, by rotation, to be nominated by the Vice Chancellor;(d)three persons, who are not the members of the Governing Body, nominated by the sponsoring body; and(e)three persons from amongst the teachers, nominated by the sponsoring body.
