145. Display of fluorescent strips.
- On every transport vehicle, there shall be display on the front and rear bumper and where no rear bumper is provided, on the lower part of the rear of the vehicle, three red fluorescent strips, being each strip 30 centimeters long and 2.5 centimeters wide, with even spacing between the strips.
