HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE G R MOOLCHANDANI Order 05/07/2018 Instant petition was preferred in 2015 with a prayer for quashing FIR No. 305/2014 registered with Police Station Neem Ka Thana, Sikar.

Learned Public Prosecutor has placed on record factual report dt. 20.03.2015 which goes to reveal that FR No. 203/14 dt. 11.08.2014 has already been filed by the Investigating Officer. It transpires from the record that petitioner Pooja Kanwar and Mukesh Kumar Jyotishi have solemnized their marriage. A copy of their marriage certificate is appended with the record.

(2 of 2) [CRLMP-1034/2015] In view of the above, there remains nothing to be adjudicated, however, it is mandated that Superintendent of Police Sikar and SHO Police Station Neem Ka Thana shall invariably provide protection to the couple in case they demand the same, petitioners shall be at liberty to re-agitate their cause, if need arises.

With aforesaid direction petition stands disposed of.
