Section 1 in The Goa, Daman and Diu Marine Fishing Regulation Act, 1980
1. Short title, extent and commencement.
(1)This Act may be called the Goa, Daman and Diu Marine Fishing Regulation Act, 1980.(2)It extends to the whole of the Union territory of Goa, Daman and Diu.(3)It shall come into force on such date as the Government may by notification in the Official Gazette, appoint.
