1. I am informed by Mr. Bhagwati Prasad, who appears for Mr. Rohan Sharma i.e. the counsel for the plaintiffs that Mr. Rohan Sharma is not well. Mr. Prasad seeks a short accommodation on this ground.
2. To be noted, Mr. Rohan Sharma was required to revert with instructions today qua the contents of the affidavit shared with him by Mr. Akhil Seth/defendant no.2 i.e. the proprietor of defendant no.1.
