Section 11 in The Kerala Dramatic Performances Act, 1961
11. Saving of prosecutions wider other laws.—
The provisions of this Act shall be in addition to and not in derogation of any other law for the time being in force and nothing contained in this Act shall exempt any person from being prosecuted under any such law.
