Section 8(1) in The West Bengal Special Economic Zone Act, 2003.
(1)Subject to the provisions of this Act and the rules framed thereunder, the Developer shall secure planned development of a Special Economic Zone and provide infrastructure and amenities for the establishment, operation, maintenance and management of a Special Economic Zone.
