14.
In every process and every sentence or order (of whatever description) issued by a Judicial Officer for whatever purpose it may be issued or made, the name of the district and of the Court from which the same is issued and also the name and power of the officer issuing or making it, shall be clearly set out in such manner that it may be easily read.
