Section 4(1) in The West Bengal Joint Entrance Examinations Board Act, 2014
(1)With effect from the date of coming into operation of this Act and subject to the provisions of sub-section (2) of section 3, admission to the undergraduate professional and vocational courses in any College or in any University in West Bengal shall be made on the basis of the concerned Joint Entrance Examinations.
