Section 37 in Gujarat District Planning Committees Rules, 2016
37. Maintaining order at Meeting of Committee.
- The Chairperson shall preserve the order at a meeting. The Chairperson may direct any member who refuses to obey his decision or whose conduct is, in his opinion grossly disorderly, to withdraw himself immediately from the meeting and any member so ordered hall withdraw himself immediately from meeting and shall absent himself during the reminder period of the day's meeting.
