Section 47(1) in West Bengal Clinical Establishments (Registration and Regulation) Act, 2010
(1)The Tribunal shall maintain proper accounts and other relevant records and prepare annual statement of accounts in such form as may be notified by the State Government in consultation with the Comptroller and Auditor-General of India.
