Section 44(1)(ii) in Andhra Pradesh (Andhra Area) Estates (Abolition and Conversion into Ryotwari) Act, 1948

(ii)if any payment made to any person is found to be not due to him or to be in excess of the amount due to him, such payment or excess payment, as the case may be, shall be recoverable under Section 54D
