                            COMMON ORAL ORDER

1. Learned advocate Mr.Nishit Bhalodi has submitted that the respondent Nagarpalika has already calculated the expenditure of the petitioners, if they are regularized in service. He has submitted that as per their calculation, the expenditure of Nagarpalika comes to 34.71% if the expenditure of impact fee is excluded and if the impact expenditure is included, then it comes to 39.72%.

2. Learned Assistant Government Pleader Mr.Ishan Joshi has submitted that if an official communication is issued by the Nagarpalika to the respondent­State authorities then accordingly the same shall be examined.

3. Under the circumstances, the respondent Nagarpalika is directed to forward the necessary Page 1 of 2 Downloaded on : Mon Jun 15 17:35:28 IST 2020 C/SCA/10153/2016 ORDER communication showing the expenditure of Nagarpalika to the respondent­State authorities within a period of one (1) week and thereafter, the respondent­State authorities shall take appropriate decision on the proposal sent by the Nagarpalika within a period of four(4) weeks from the date of receipt of writ of the order.

4. The matter is kept on 30.01.2020.

5. Registry to place a copy of this order in the connected matter.
