Section 345 in Bihar Board's Miscellaneous Rules, 1958
345. Exemption of malikanadar from personal appearance.
- A recipient of malikana, especially exempted by Commissioners of Divisions from personal appearance, a female malikanadar not accustomed to appear in public or, a male malikanadar who is unable to appear in consequence of bodily illness or infirmity, may receive his or her malikana upon his or her causing to be produced before the Treasury Officer a life certificate signed by a responsible officer of Government or by some other well-known and trustworthy person.
