Section 19(1) in The Pension Fund Regulatory and Development Authority (Point of Presence) Regulations, 2018
(1)Each point of presence shall have all the technological capabilities, infrastructures and necessary systems and procedures that may be required to enable it to co-ordinate with other intermediaries.
