13. Procedure upon delivery of nomination paper.
- Upon delivery of a nomination paper under rule 12, the Returning Officer shall inform the person delivering the same of the day, hour and place appointed for the scrutiny thereof and shall endorse thereon:-(i)the serial number of the ward/constituency from which the candidate proposes to seek election;(ii)the serial number of the nomination paper for such ward/constituency;(iii)the name of the person delivering the nomination;(iv)the date which and the hour at which nomination paper was delivered to him.
