RTI application
1. The appellant filed an RTI application dated 22.04.2013 seeking copy of her answer sheet of written examination conducted on 02.02.2013. The PIO responded on 17.05.2013. The appellant filed first appeal dated 12.06.2013 with the First Appellate Authority (FAA). The FAA responded on 15.07.2013. The appellant filed 2nd appeal on 11.11.2013 with the Commission.
Hearing:
2. The respondent participated in the hearing through video conferencing.
3. The respondent referred to the appellant's RTI application dated 22.04.2013 and stated that the appellant had appeared in a written examination conducted on 02.02.2013 for the post of Office Superintendent. The respondent stated that the appellant had sought copy of her answer sheet. The respondent stated that the selection process was not completed therefore they denied the copy of her answer sheet. The respondent further stated that the selection process has now been completed and if the appellant asks for copy of her answer sheet the same will be provided to her.
4. The appellant did not participate in the hearing.
Decision:
5. The respondent is directed to provide to the appellant, within 30 days of this order, copy of her answer sheet in context of the RTI application.
The appeal is disposed of. Copy of the decision be given free of cost to the parties.
