Section 138(a) in The Rajasthan Building and Other Construction Workers (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) Rules, 2009
(a)every vehicle or earth moving equipment is equipped with-(i)silencers;(ii)tail lights;(iii)power and hand brakes;(iv)reversing alarm; and(v)search light for forward and backward movement, which are required for safe operation of such vehicle or earth moving equipment;
