Section 32 in The Micro, Small And Medium Enterprises Development Act, 2006
32. Repeal of Act 32 of 1993.—
(1)The Interest on Delayed Payments to Small Scale and Ancillary Industrial Undertakings Act, 1993 (32 of 1993) is hereby repealed.(2)Notwithstanding such repeal, anything done or any action taken under the Act so repealed under sub-section (1) shall be deemed to have been done or taken under the corresponding provisions of this Act.
