8. General Fund.
- The Cluster University shall establish a fund, which shall be called the General Fund to which following shall be credited, namely:-(a)grants received from the Centre Government or the State Government;(b)fees and other charges received by the Cluster University;(c)any income received from consultancy and other works undertaken by the Cluster University;(d)bequests, donations, except from parents and students, endowments and any other grants; and(e)all other sums received by the Cluster University.
