Section 28(1) in Tamil Nadu Khadi and Village Industries Board Act, 1959
(1)No suit, prosecution or other legal proceeding shall lie against the president, vice-president, secretary or member or any person in the employment of the Board for anything which is, in good faith done or intended to be done in pursuance of this Act.
