Section 4(x) in Jammu and Kashmir State Information Commission Procedure (Management) Regulations, 2015
(x)The Registrar shall fix the date of hearing of appeal, complaint or other proceedings and may prepare and notify in advance a cause list in respect of the cases listed for hearing, particularly the appeal(s) shall be listed at the earliest to enable the Commission to decide the appeal within the time frame prescribed under section 16(11).
