Section 5(2)(b) in The M.P. Panchayat Adhyapak Samvarg (Employment and Conditions of Services) Rules, 2008

(b)Samvida Shala Shikshak Grade-1 shall be appointed as Varishth Adhyapak, Samvida Shala Shikshak Grade-2 as Adhyapak and Samvida Shala Shikshak Grade-3 as Sahayak Adhyapak respectively on minimum of the pay scale of Adhyapak Samvarg. The date of next increment shall be after completion of one year service.
