There is an inordinate delay of 231 days in filing the present petition for review of judgment and order dated 6.5.2015 passed by this Court, whereby the above mentioned civil appeal was dismissed.
Thus, though the present petition is liable to be dismissed on the ground of delay itself, yet we have carefully perused the same and the papers annexed in support thereof. We are satisfied that no case for review of the impugned judgment and order has been made out.
The review petition is, accordingly, dismissed on the ground of delay, as well as, on merits.
