In case tried by jury when the case for the defence and the prosecutor's reply (if any) are concluded, the Court shall proceed to charge the jury, summing up the evidence for the prosecution and defence, and laying down the law by which the jury are to be guided [and the charge to the jury shall, wherever practicable, be taken down in shorthand in the language in which it is delivered and a transcript thereof signed by the Judge shall form part of the record.]
