PRAYER : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of
India praying for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for
the records pertaining to the possession notice issued under section 13(4)
of the Securitization and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement
of Security Interest Act, 2002, dated 07.01.2022 by the respondent, quash
the same and further directing the respondent to provide the petitioner with
proper statement of accounts related to Housing Term Loan account No.
31534272070.

ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by R.MAHADEVAN, J.) Challenge in this writ petition is nothing but a possession notice and much water has flowed under the bridge. Thereafter, the petitioner also settled almost the entire outstanding amount and the remaining loan outstanding is stated to be Rs.9,415/- in addition to Rs.10,000/- towards advocate professional fee and Rs.25,978/- towards recovery agent charges totally Rs.45,393/-
2. Therefore, it is open to the petitioner to approach the respondent Bank and the respondent Bank shall sympathetically consider the request of the petitioner.
3. With this observation, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
4. Post the matter after two weeks under the caption 'for reporting compliance'.
