Section 2(2) in The Punjab State Agricultural Marketing Board and Market Committees Employees Provident Fund and Gratuity Rules, 1965
(2)'Competent authority' means the State Agricultural Marketing Board in case of employees of the Board and the Market Committee in case of employees of the Committee;
