Section 13(1) in The Chennai Metro Railway (Notices of Accidents and Inquiries thereto) Rules, 2014
(1)The joint inquiry or departmental inquiry shall be sufficiently detailed so as to point out the cause of the accident and after completion of such inquiry, the report shall be submitted to the Metro Railway Administration and such report shall contain the particulars as specified in sub rule (7) of rule 6.
