Section 1(6) in The Calcutta Metro Railway General Rules, 2000
(6)"Authorised Electrical Person" means any person who is duly authorised to perform specific work on the electrical equipment or circuitry, the authorisation being done by an officer of the Metro Railway Administration empowered for this purpose.
