State of Punjab - Subsection

Section 8(1) in Punjab School Education Board (Employees Service) Regulation, 1988

(1)The appointment to a post in the service except to the post of the Secretary shall be made on the recommendation of the Committees mentioned in column-2 by the authorities indicated in column 3 below :-

(1) Posts in the scale of pay the minimum of which is Rs.1200/- or less Junior Services Selection Committee Secretary
(2) Posts in the scale of pay the minimum of which is morethan Rs. 1200/- but not more than Rs. 2000/- Senior Services Selection Committee Chairman
(3) Posts in the scale of pay the minimum of which is morethan Rs. 2000/- Establishment Committee Chairman
Provided that the recommendation of the Establishment Committee shall be implemented after the approval of the Board.
