1. The appellants are in appeal against impugned order wherein the CHA licence No.11/617 has been suspended by order dated 06/07/2012.
2. Heard the Ld. Counsel
3. During the course of hearing, the Ld. Counsel submits that after suspension of their CHA licence, proceedings under Regulation 22 of the CHALR, 2004 has been initiated and investigating officer has been appointed, before hi, they have already filed their reply.
4. In these circumstances, we direct the Commissioner of Customs to complete the proceedings under Regulation 22 of the CHALR, 2004 within sixty days from today. In these terms the appeal is disposed of.
