Section 31(2)(ii) in M.P. Rights of Persons with Disabilities Rules, 2017

(ii)five districts shall be selected where the population of the disabled persons is more and five members shall, in the first instance be nominated, who shall represent the district in the Board. After every 3 years other district of maximum population of disabled persons shall be selected. The procedure of nomination shall continue till the representation of all districts is not completed.
