Section 21(4) in The Rajasthan Land Reforms and Resumption of Jagirs Rules, 1954
(4)The Government shall notify in the Rajasthan Gazette the fact of such taking over together with the date thereof:Provided that in the case of jagirs with annual income below Rs. 1,000/- it will not be necessary to notify the resumption in the gazette in the manner laid down herein.
