Section 3(1) in Mental Healthcare (Central Mental Health Authority and Mental Health Review Boards) Rules, 2018
(1)The Central Government shall nominate Secretary or Additional Secretary to the Government of India in the Department of Health and Family Welfare as Chairperson of the Central Authority under clause (a) of section (1) of section 34.
