01. 1. The Petitioners' representation (Annexure-3) shall be examined by the Tahasildar, Athagarh (Opposite Party No.2) after notice to the Petitioners and the encroachers named in the Annexure-3 and giving them a hearing, a reasoned order shall be passed thereon not later than 1st June, 2023. The said order be communicated to the Parties within a week thereafter. The Court clarifies that it has not expressed any view in the matter.
2. The writ petition is disposed of in the above terms. An urgent certified copy of this order be issued as per rules.
