8. Appointment, duties and powers and conditions of service of officers of the University.
- Subject to the provisions of this Act, the mode of appointment of the officers of the University, their powers and duties, the term and conditions of their service and the filling of casual vacancies in such offices shall be provided for by the Statutes or Ordinances.
