Section 18(1) in Uttarakhand Water Management and Regulatory Act, 2013
(1)Save as otherwise provided in this Act, information in respect of any person or business which, has been furnished to, or obtained by, the Commission under without the consent of the concerned person or the person in -charge of the business :Provided that such information my be disclosed to the Central Government, the State Government, Accountant General of the State or a person who requires it in connection with the discharge of statutory duties.
