8.
The University, if fully satisfied on the basis of the report of the inspection commission that all the conditions required to be fulfilled by the applicant are fulfilled, shall issue a Certificate of Registration in Form II annexed with these statutes to the applicant to enable the applicant to make further arrangements to start the First Year B.D.S. Degree course of study.
