71. Statement of inspections.
- The return of statement of inspections will be in Form No. 4. Appendix III. It should be submitted by the District Registrars with the annual statistical tables not latter than the 1st February'. It should show separately for each office the particulars required by the headings, but not the results of inspections which will be submitted in accordance with rule 7.
