Section 1 in The Pneumatic Tyres And Tubes For Automotive Vehicles (Quality Control) Order, 2009
1. Short Title and commencement.
(1)This Order may be called the Pneumatic Tyres and Tubes for Automotive Vehicles (Quality Control) Order, 2009.(2)It shall come into force immediately on completion of 180 days of its publication in the Official Gazette.
