59. Tax invoice.
- Any dealer liable to pay tax under the Act shall in respect of goods sold by him or on his behalf issue to the purchaser, at the time of sale, a VAT invoice or Retail invoice as the case may be, containing such particulars and subject to such conditions as may be prescribed.
