(3)Where any scheme or work is undertaken by the Authority under subsection (1) above, it shall be deemed to have, for the purpose of the execution and such schemes of works, all the powers which may be exercised under any law for the time being in force by the agency or the department of the Government, as the case may be, as referred to in section 82.
