The learned advocate for the petitioner submitted that the controversy is covered by the judgment delivered in Writ Petition No. 3274 of 2013 and connected matters on 23/06/2016. It is pointed out that Writ Petition No. 2805 of 2014 and connected matters are also disposed on 08/07/2016 in terms of the judgment delivered in Writ Petition No. 3274 of 2013.
Accepting the above submission, the following order is passed:
Issue notice to the respondent, returnable on 15th October 2019.
