Section 39(iv) in Cuttack Development Authority (Planning and Building Standards) Regulations, 2001
(iv)In case of row-housing, the length of a row shall not exceed 30 metres along the road on which such houses abut. In case, the dwelling units in a row are scattered the maximum length of the road shall be 100 metres.
