Section 6(2) in Nehru Outer Ring Road, Hyderabad (Toll) Rules, 2012
(2)Every driver owner or person in charge of a mechanical vehicle shall for the use of the section of Outer Ring Road, before crossing the toll plaza, at Exit, pay the fee specified under these rules.
